What is the Customs Organic Structure Law?

The Customs Authority was created by Decree Law 9/2017 of March 29, succeeding the National Directorate of Customs, as the service responsible for the continuation of the Ministry of Finance’s duties, related to the control of the national Customs territory and the administration and collection of Customs duties and taxes.
