What is the WCO Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC)?

The World Customs Organization (WCO) International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs procedures, known as the Revised Kyoto Convention, is the blueprint for modern and efficient Customs procedures in the 21st century. The Customs Authority is not yet a signatory to the RKC, but we are actively working towards accession. The RKC promotes trade facilitation and effective controls through its legal provisions that detail the application of simple yet efficient procedures.
