What is the Installation Commission?

The Installation Commission will guide us as we transition to the new administrative structure, in accordance with the new Organic Structure of the Customs Authority (Decree Law 2/ 2020). This commission will provide high level guidance on: the strategic vision for the Customs Authority; workforce planning and advice on the number of personnel required to fulfil the strategic mandate of the organization; recruitment of senior management and officer positions; and targeted training and development of employees.
