Jam operasional SERVE adalah Senin hingga Jumat, 0830 -1230, dan 1400 hingga 1700.<\/p>\n<h4>SERVE bertanggung jawab atas hal-hal berikut:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Daftarkan perusahaan dan pedagang tunggal.<\/li>\n<li>Keluarkan Nomor Unik untuk perusahaan, pengusaha, dan pedagang tunggal.<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan Sertifikat Pendaftaran Bisnis.<\/li>\n<li>Verifikasi status hukum perusahaan, pengusaha, dan pedagang tunggal.<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan dan memperbarui Otorisasi untuk Melakukan Kegiatan Usaha.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk mempromosikan dan memfasilitasi proses izin usaha, serta pembaharuannya.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk mempromosikan dan memfasilitasi aplikasi untuk visa yang memadai untuk orang asing pengusaha atau investor, sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk menyerahkan kepada otoritas yang berwenang permintaan likuidasi perusahaan, sesuai dengan Keputusan Undang-Undang ini.<\/li>\n<li>Membatalkan Otorisasi Untuk Melakukan Kegiatan Usaha, pendaftaran perusahaan atau pedagang tunggal, sesuai dengan Keputusan Undang-Undang ini.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk membuat dan memelihara basis data yang diperbarui untuk pendaftaran dan izin usaha; dan<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak bertentangan dengan sifat dan tujuannya.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Layanan yang disediakan:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Terbitkan Sertifikat untuk Persetujuan Nama.<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan Nomor Unik (TIN) Perusahaan;<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan Sertifikat Pendaftaran Bisnis.<\/li>\n<li>Sertifikasi Anggaran Dasar dan Statuta hukum perusahaan.<\/li>\n<li>Publikasi ringkasan pendaftaran.<\/li>\n<li>Membatalkan Pendaftaran Bisnis berdasarkan permintaan oleh pedagang Tunggal oleh perusahaan, setelah berakhirnya proses likuidasi perusahaan atau dengan keputusan pengadilan yang berwenang;<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan, memperbarui dan membatalkan Otorisasi untuk Melakukan Kegiatan Usaha, sesuai dengan Pasal 35 sampai dengan 59, dari Keputusan Undang-Undang ini.<\/li>\n<li>Mempromosikan dan memfasilitasi proses izin usaha dan pembaharuannya.<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan Certid\u00e3o Negativa de D\u00edvidas untuk tujuan izin usaha;<\/li>\n<li>Menerbitkan sertifikat untuk verifikasi status hukum perusahaan, pengusaha dan pedagang tunggal, sesuai dengan hukum.<\/li>\n<li>Pembaruan detail perusahaan, pengusaha, dan pedagang tunggal.<\/li>\n<li>Mempromosikan dan memfasilitasi proses visa bagi pengusaha dan investor asing;
