If you would like to make a complaint, please contact the Administration area on (+670) 333 1312. If you believe anyone may have acted illegally, you can report information to us by calling the Customs Hotline on “12200”. All calls are free and you can chose to remain anonymous if you prefer. You can leave message in Tetun, English or Portuguese. Alternatively, you can send us information by completing an online report form.
